helpful receptionist clean bathroom fresh towels friendly staff

The receptionist was very helpful i asked for extra pillows and they were in the room upon my arrival. The shower had good pressure the bathroom was very clean. The room was quiet fresh towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast included many choices with friendly staff serving cappuccinos.

The decor seemed somewhat outdated.

Breakfast included both english and continental options. I found many choices available at breakfast. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful this service added to my morning routine.

The room included a shower and a hairdryer i found those very useful. Heating was available in the room it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily they were greatly appreciated.

friendly staff wide selection convenient location comfortable bed

i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay they assisted with directions and local information. the breakfast offered a wide selection of cooked items and continental options so i never went hungry. the location proved convenient with easy access to kelvingrove park and the west end attractions. my room offered a comfortable bed and decent wifi making it suitable for both rest and work.

the staircase to my room was quite steep without a lift which was a small inconvenience with luggage.

the hotel provided complimentary wifi throughout the premises which allowed for seamless internet access for all my devices i also noticed a 24-hour reception desk, ensuring assistance was always available. i saw that breakfast was served in a dedicated dining area.
